edit Ingredients

pkg. smoked neckbones |
1 |
teaspoon salt |
1 |
teaspoon pepper |
1 |
lg. head of cabbage |
1 ½ |
tablespoons red pepper, crushed |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Wash and boil neckbones until tender. Add salt and black pepper. Wash and cut cabbage into wedges. Then cut wedges in half. When neckbones are tender, add cabbage wedges and red pepper. Let simmer on low heat. |
