Tofu Cutlets
Ingredients
1 pound firm tofu
tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons cornmeal
tablespoon sesame oil or canola oil
1 tablespoon Saki or dry white wine
1 green onion minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root grated
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup onions

Combine remaining soy sauce, sake and mirin. Drizzle over tofu slices.

Remove tofu from skillet. Saute onions until tender and add green beans until cooked. To serve, sprinkle each slice with grated ginger, minced onion and spoon green beans, onions and sauce from skillet over them.
