Step 1 |
Mix butter, egg yolk, cinnamon and add brown sugar and flour. Mix with fork. Don't grease cookie sheet. |
Step 2 |
Place batter on sheet. Place wax paper over it and roll out with rolling pin. Take off sheet and drop egg white on batter and spread with hand. Tilt cookie sheet and let excess white drop off. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of slivered walnuts over batter. Return wax paper to batter and roll gently with rolling pin. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
