[edit] Ingredients

1

pkg. Angel food cake mix

½

c. diet strawberry soda

1 ½

tsp. almond extract

1

(7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Cover cookie sheet with foil (use new foil for each batch). Mix together cake mix, soda and extract for 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 1 minute longer. Fold in coconut. Drop by level tablespoons on cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to cooling rack while still hot.

Step 2

Makes 4 dozen cookies.
