cup butter |

pounds carrots, fresh |

pounds peas, frozen |

teaspoons salt |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Add frozen peas to boiling water. Cover and cook gently for 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside. |
Step 2 |
Put carrots and salt in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain. |
Step 3 |
Combine peas and carrots with melted butter, or margarine. |
