Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

1 Can Tomato Paste
Tomato Sauce
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation

Heat oil in frying pan

Sweat garlic, but do not brown or burn as it will become bitter

Add oregano to oil and garlic

Add tomato sauce and tomato paste
5
Stir all ingredients and heat to a low simmer

Cook for approximately 30-45 minutes until sauce is a bit thicker and all ingredients have blended

About

Be careful during final cooking step as the sauce will have a tendency to buble and can splatter you with hot sauce
