grated rind of 3 Oranges |

Step 1 |
(1) Place all ingredients in bread pan, |

2. Select DOUGH setting, press start |

3. When dough has risen long enough, the machine will beep. |

5. turn out dough onto a lightly floured counter top or cutting board. |

6. In small bowl combine coconut, granulated sugar, and grated orange rind for filling. |

7. Set AsideGrease two 9" round cake pans. |

With a sharp knife, divide dough in half With a rolling pin, roll each piece into 12x8 rectangle. |

8. For the filling, brush each rectangle w/1 T of melted butter. |

9. sprinkle filling mixture evenly on top. |

10. Starting at the long end, roll up dough, |

12. With knife and seam side down, lightly mark the roll into 1" sections |

13. Slide a 12" piece of dental floss or heavy thread underneath. |

14. By bringing ends of floss up and crisscrossing them at the top of each mark,you can cut thru the roll by pulling the strings in opposite directions. |

16. Cover/let rise in a warm oven 30-45 minutes till doubled. |
