Lemon Cookies - Post

Ingredients

1 pkt (2-layer-size) lemon cake mix
inch (with pudding the mix)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup chopped nuts
or flaked coconut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheets. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in nuts. Shape into 1-inch balls; place on prepared cookie sheets, 1 inch apart. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to cooling rack; dust with powdered sugar.
