Chocolaty Cake In A Cup, Recipe Adapted From She's In The Kitchen

Ingredients

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 medium egg
3 tablespoons lowfat milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

In a large coffee cup mix together flour, sugar, and cocoa powder until well combined.

Add egg, milk, oil and vanilla and mix until smooth.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes until cake is cooked through and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
