c. cooked cauliflower-flowerettes (tender-crisp), cooled |

tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs |

garlic cloves, minced |

Step 1 |
In mixing bowl, combine cauliflower and egg, mixing well to coat cauliflower. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat. |
Step 2 |
Heat butter in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic and saute until soft. Spread cauliflower in single layer and cook, turning until lightly browned on all sides. |
