Tiff's Bourbon Chicken Wings
20 wings (1st and 2nd section) thawed
(may also use drumsticks)
1/2 medium white onion cut into ½ inch pieces
Tony Chatchere's Original Creole seasoning to taste
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
3/4 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
black pepper to taste
Thaw wings the day before cooking.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Season both sides with Tony Chatcheres, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
Scatter onion pieces so they are surrounding, under and on top of chicken.
