French Onion Rice Bake
Ingredients
Required:
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup corn kernels (canned+ drained)
2 med size carrots grated
1/2 cup green peas
1 packet French onion soup
600 milliliters of thickened cream
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Pre-heated oven to 160c – 180c

Place the rice, corn, cabbage, carrots, green peas in a mixing bowl add the packet of onion soup mix then add the cream.

Mix the ingredients well, and then place it into a greased baking dish/tray.

Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the mixture then the breadcrumbs.

Bake it in a moderate oven to 30 mins or until a golden brown color on top.

Serve it hot with your favorite meat.
