Chili Cheese Cubes

Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 ounces cans of chopped green chilis
1/2 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes until light. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix well. Fold in cheese and chilis. Pour into greased 9x13x2 baking pan.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cut into 2" squares.
