2 cups nasturtium flowers and leaves
1 tablespoon diced shallot
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
cup olive oil
Season with s&p

Nasturtiums have a nice peppery bite that lends itself well to a pesto. The butteriness of the walnuts and sharpness of the garlic and shallots are a great combination.
