Fruit and Sprout Salad With Gingered Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

8 ounces Mandarin Oranges, Drained
8 ounces Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
8 ounces Water chestnuts, Sliced And Drained
1 stalk Celery, Diced
Dressing:
1 teaspoon Honey
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried Ginger
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt Or Mayonnaise

Preparation

In large bowl, toss together the bean sprouts, oranges, pineappe, water chestnuts, and celery. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Serve on bed of crisp greens. Garnish with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chopped pecans.
