[edit] Ingredients

2

tablespoons Hoisin sauce

4

tablespoons soy sauce

1

tablespoon dry sherry

½

teaspoon salt

½

teaspoon red food coloring

¼

cup sugar

2

pork tenderloins

Chinese hot mustard

Toasted sesame seeds

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Mix Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sherry, salt, red food coloring, and sugar in a flat glass dish. Place pork tenderloins in the sauce and turn over several times to coat meat. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning several times, in the sauce.

Step 2

Place marinated tenderloins on a rack in a foil lined baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes on each side. Baste occasionally with marinade. Remove, cool and slice meat crosswise into thin slices and serve with hot mustard and toasted sesame seeds for dipping.
