(4 oz.) cans green chili peppers, drained |

recipe Garlic dressing (follows) or 1 (8 oz.) bottle or jar Italian dressing |

Step 1 |
In a 2 1/2 quart covered container combine cooked rice, pinto beans, black beans, peas, celery, onion, diced green chili peppers and 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley. Add dressing to rice mixture; toss gently to mix. Cover and chill several hours. (Special Note: If purchasing store bought salad dressing, "Paul Newman's" oil/vinegar dressing is recommended.) |
Step 2 |
In screw top jar combine ingredients. Cover and shake well to mix. Makes about 2/3 cup. |
