Paneer Shashlik In Gravy

Ingredients

GRIND TO A PASTE:
2 Tomatoes (blanched),
A piece of Ginger,
2 tablespoons Curd,
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder,
3 teaspoons Red Chilly Powder,
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala Powder
PANEER SHASHLIK:
8 Toothpicks,
8 pieces Paneer (cottage cheese),
8 pieces Capsicum (cut into small pieces),
8 pieces Onion (cut into small pieces),
8 pieces Tomato (cut into small pieces)
Salt to taste .

Preparation

MARINATE: 4 Tbsp Curd, 2Tsp Garlic paste,

Little Salt and Red Chilly powder to taste.

Tbsp Oil, 2 Tbsp Cream and 1Tbsp Sugar.

METHOD: On the toothpicks arrange small pieces

Of capsicum, tomato, onion and paneer. Mix the

Marinate and drizzle on the skewered toothpicks.

Put a pan to heat add little oil and put all marinated

Toothpicks, when done keep aside.

FOR THE GRAVY :-

Grind all ingredients to a very fine paste.

Put a pan to heat add the oil, the ground paste and cook until leaves the sides of the pan. Now add salt, cream, sugar, if a few water is needed add, cover and cook. Drizzle the gravy on the paneer shashlik sticks to serve.
