[edit] Ingredients

Suitable for pork, chicken

And fish.

tablespoons ml 1 sunflower oil

Clove garlic, crushed.

Juice of half a lemon.

Ground black pepper.

tablespoons ml 2 chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp dried mixed herbs

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.

Step 2

Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas 6. VARIATION Try spices instead of the herbs.
