tablespoons garlic paste |

tablespoons vegetable oil |
red chili powder, salt,turmeric(haldi),coriander(dhaniya) powder as test |

cup whole milk |

Step 1 |
Grind half of the peas in mixer or grinder |
Step 2 |
Cut the potatoes in quarters |
Step 3 |
Pour oil in frying pan |
Step 4 |
Fry the potatoes into oil until brown and soft; remove from pan |
Step 5 |
Fry peas until soft; remove from pan |
Step 6 |
Add more oil in pan, add cumin and brown |
Step 7 |
Add the onion and green chili paste |
Step 8 |
When browned, add tomato paste, allspice, garlic paste, ginger juice, coconut powder, milk and 1 cup water |
Step 9 |
Cook until thickened |
Step 10 |
After 4 to 5 min add potatoes and peas |
