Apple Cider Gravy

Ingredients

1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup low fat evaporated milk (not condensed) or heavy cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

In a saucepan, bring apple cider to a boil and reduce to about 1/2 cup.

Remove from heat and whisk in the dijon mustard and the cream.

Season and keep warm until ready to serve.
