ounces Pancit Bijon |

pcs. chicken breast, sliced into strips |

pcs. chinese sausage/chorizo bilbao, sliced thin |

cabbage, sliced into strips |

large onion, sliced thin |

cloved garlic, crushed |

carrot, sliced into strips |

tablespoons of cooking oil |

stick celery, sliced into strils |

tablespoon soy sauce |

teaspoon achuete dissolved in 1 tablespoon oil |

Step 1 |
Soak the pancit bihon noodles to soften for maybe 10 minutes and drain. |

Step 3 |
Add the chorizo bilbao, the sliced chicken breast and all the vegetables until cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside. |
Step 4 |
Using the same wok place 2 cups of water and add the soy sauce, pepper and the noodles for about 5 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Make sure to lower the heat. |
Step 5 |
Add the achuete oil, salt and pepper. |
Step 6 |
Lastly, add the sauteed meat and veggies to the noodles. Continue cooking in low heat for maybe 5 minutes. |
