Spicy Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup diced onion
1/8 cup diced red bell pepper
1/8 cup diced green pepper
12 ounces Italian hot sausage, diced
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 cups crushed fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons dry red wine
cup unsalted butter
8 ounces your favorite white fish (I use orange roughy)
tails removed
6 tablespoons dry white wine
2 lbs. cooked fettuccine (depending on the sauce to <
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups spicy sauce

Saute the onions, peppers and sausage in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
