Green Lentil Curry

Ingredients

100 grams green lentils, soaked in water
overnight
2 cups water
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 jar Sharwood's Mild Curry Paste

Preparation

Drain the lentils & simmer very gently with paste & water for 30 to 45 minutes until the entils are soft & most of the sauce is absorbed. Fry onions and garlic paste until the onions are browned. Stir the onions into the lentils and serve.

NOTES :Preparation Time: 5 minutes.
