Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients

16 ounces med. or sharp cheese, shredded

1 med. jar pimentos, chopped

1 tablespoon sugar

1 Dash of Worcestershire

1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor, adding mayonnaise a little at the time until you get desired consistency.
