pounds hamburger |
1 |
cup celery, diced |
1 |
medium onion, diced |

teaspoons salt |

teaspoon pepper |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Mix well. Make into balls. Brown in margarine or bacon grease. Arrange in roaster. Pour 1 can of mushroom soup, 1 can milk that has been heated, over meatballs. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
Step 2 |
Makes gravy right withmeatballs. |
