Organic Greens With Grilled Pear and Rosewater Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 cups organic greens
1 tablespoon oil, (separate)
2 tablespoons rose flower water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 cup rose petals

Preparation

Prepare the pears by peeling, cutting in half, and removing the cores. Lightly brush the halves with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a grill for 10 minutes on each side, or until softened, and set aside. When cooled, slice each into a fan.

In a bowl combine the rosewater, vinegar, oil, herbs and seasoning, and whisk to combine. Toss in greens and mix to combine. Place in serving dishes.

Garnish with sliced fanned pear halves and rose petals.
