kg pork, diced |

teaspoons coriander |

teaspoon cumin, ground |

onions, medium |

tablespoons soy sauce |
3 |
tablespoons lemon juice |
½ |
teaspoon ginger, crushed |
½ |
teaspoon garlic, crushed |

Step 1 |
Dice onions. |
Step 2 |
Combine pork and marinade ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinate 2 hours, turning occasionally to coat. |
Step 3 |
Drain pork, reserve marinade. |
Step 4 |
Thread 4 to 6 cubes of meat onto wooden or metal skewers, brush with marinade and grill or pan-fry for 10 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade as they cook. |
Step 5 |
Serve with rice. |
