Yield: 4 servings

edit Ingredients

1

kg pork, diced

2

teaspoons coriander

1

teaspoon cumin, ground

1

onions, medium

2

teaspoons sugar, brown

3

tablespoons soy sauce

3

tablespoons lemon juice

½

teaspoon ginger, crushed

½

teaspoon garlic, crushed

edit Preparation

Step 1

Dice onions.

Step 2

Combine pork and marinade ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinate 2 hours, turning occasionally to coat.

Step 3

Drain pork, reserve marinade.

Step 4

Thread 4 to 6 cubes of meat onto wooden or metal skewers, brush with marinade and grill or pan-fry for 10 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade as they cook.

Step 5

Serve with rice.
