I'm not sure what the connection to Yom Tov is except that this is a

delicious dessert with an interesting twist.

cup margarine

¼

cup cocoa powder

1

cup water

2

cups flour

2

cups sugar

½

cup non-dairy creamer combined with 1 teaspoon white vinegar

2

eggs

1

teaspoon baking soda

1

teaspoon vanilla

1

teaspoon cinnamon

1

teaspoon instant coffee

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine margarine, cocoa and 1 cup water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine flour and sugar and then stir in cocoa mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 - inch pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Icing:1 16 ounce box confectioner's sugar1/2 cup melted margarine1/4 cup cocoa powder1/4 cup non-dairy creamer1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon coffee1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 3

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Ice while cake is still slightly warm.
