Step 1 |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine margarine, cocoa and 1 cup water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine flour and sugar and then stir in cocoa mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 - inch pan and bake for 20 minutes. |

Icing:1 16 ounce box confectioner's sugar1/2 cup melted margarine1/4 cup cocoa powder1/4 cup non-dairy creamer1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon coffee1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Step 3 |
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Ice while cake is still slightly warm. |
