Yield: 8 servings

inch chocolate crumb pie crust

medium bananas sliced

1

pkt sugar free instant banana pudding mix (4 serving)

cup nonfat dry milk

1 ⅓

cups water

1

cup Cool whip Lite

1

tablespoon chocolate syrup

edit Preparation

Step 1

Layer bananas on bottom of pie crust. In medium bowl combine pudding mix and nonfat dry milk powder. Add water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in 1/2 cup Cool Whip. Pour over bananas. Chill until set, about 2 hours.

Step 2

Evenly spread remaining 1/2 cup Cool Whip topping over the pudding layer.

Step 3

Drizzle chocolate syrup over top. chill until ready to serve. Delicious!

Step 4

Diabetic: 1 starch, 1 fat, 1 fruit
