Cherries Clafoutis

Ingredients

400 grams cherries
100 milliliters milk
60 milliliters cream
80 grams sugar
80 grams gingerbread
50 grams almonds flour
50 grams soften butter

Preparation

Warm up the oven at 180°C.

Wash the cherries and remove the tail.

Put the gingerbread in the milk until the gingerbread gets soften.

In a blender mix the eggyolks, almonds flour, gingerbread with the milk, butter, sugar, cream and lemon zest altogether until the bread is finely mixed.

Beat the eggwhites until stiff adding a tbsp of sugar half way.

Incorporate the eggwhites to the previous mix.

Put the cherries in a pie plate and pour the mix on it.

Put in the oven and cook it for 35-40 minutes.

Eat it cold!
