Preparation

Wipe 350g mushrooms any variety even buttons this time.

garlic cloves in 3 tablespoons olive oil for 710 minutes.

Add the leaves from 3 healthy sprigs of tarragon a little
salt
and black pepper.

Stir
in 225ml double
cream
or creme fralche if you prefer and
warm
slowly almost to the
boil.

on rounds of thick toast.
