Vegan Cinnamon Flax Oatmeal

Ingredients

5 cups Oats
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons Cinnamon
1/4 cup Oats (ground in blender for 10 seconds)

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients until mixed well. Mix 1/2 C of oatmeal mixture with 1/2 C of soy milk or your favorite non-dairy milk and warm in microwave for 60 seconds. Batch makes about 5-7 servings of oatmeal. Store in sealed container.
