Step 1 |
Mix together all ingredients to cupcake batter well. Pour into miniature cupcake papers. Mix filling ingredients well. Drop small amount (about 1/2 teaspoon) of filling into center of each cupcake; do not stir. Bake at 325 degrees for about 11 minutes. Test for doneness. Do not let cupcakes get too crusty. |
