Aussie Lamb Rissole
Ingredients
1 . Lamb minced- 300 gm
2 . Carrot- 1, grated
3 . Parsely- finely chopped
4 teaspoons . Pepper- 1
5 teaspoons . Salt- 1
6 . Egg- 1, beaten
1 cup 7 . Breadcrumbs-

Mix well ingredients 1 to 5 in a bowl & roll into even sized balls. Dip rolls in egg yolk, followed by breadcrumbs & refrigerate for 1 hr to get set. Heat oil in a non stick frying pan over medium heat & fry rissoles until browned on each side. Transfer the rissoles to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil. Garnish with capsicums & serve.
