small Can of peas |

can French style green beans |

Onion, sliced in rings |

cup Green pepper, slice in rings |

jar of pimentos |
1 |
cup Celery |
1 |
cup Sugar |
1 |
teaspoon Salt |
1 |
cup Vinegar |
½ |
cup Oil |

Sprinkle of paprika |

Step 1 |
Drain vegetables thoroughly; set aside. Combine sugar, salt, vinegar, oil and paprika. Pour mixture over vegetables and let set overnight. Drain mixture before serving. Keep this in the fridge to keep the veggies crisp. |
