pounds country-style ribs

dsh Tabasco (opt)

1

dsh pepper

1

teaspoon salt

1

cup ketchup

1

teaspoon mustard

1

teaspoon celery seed

3

tablespoons soy or Worcestershire sauce

tablespoons brown sugar, packed

4

tablespoons lemon juice

2

onions, chopped

2

tablespoons vinegar

1

8 oz. can tomato sauce

Step 1

Put ribs under broiler and brown. Mix sauce ingredients. Put ribs in crockpot, pour sauce over top, cover and run on low all day. Serve with or over cooked egg noodles.
