Lena's Meatballs

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef chuck
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup grated parmasean
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Gently combine all ingredients. shape into your desired-size balls. brown in bacon drippings. simmer for 6 hours in your favorite tomato-based sauce.
