ounces fl very low fat fromage frais

ounces Low fat soft cheese

teaspoons Horseradish relish

Grinds of black pepper

Step 1

Remove the skin from the fish and flake into a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add all the remaining ingredients and blend or process until absolutely smooth.

Step 3

Cover with clingfilm and chill for several hours to allow it to firm up.
