(3 lb.) roast, lean |

cup bourbon |

pkgs. onion gravy mix |

can mushrooms |

Step 1 |
Salt and pepper roast. Put in roaster in oven at 500 degrees for 15 minutes to brown. Remove from oven and add 1 cup bourbon. Cook, covered, at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Refrigerate overnight. Remove all fat and slice thin. Add 2 packages onion gravy mix and 1 can mushrooms. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
