Yield: 4 to 6 servings

[edit] Ingredients

4

cups seedless watermelon chunks

1

cup simple syrup (1 cup sugar & 1 cup water. Bring the water to a boil. Dissolve the sugar into the boiling water. Allow to cool completely)

Juice of 1 lemon

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a plastic or glass container and freeze for 1 hour. Rake mixture with fork and freeze for another hour. Check it a few times every hour or so to make sure it is not turning in to a solid block. Rake and freeze. Rake and freeze. Rake and freeze. You get the idea. Rake and serve in cute little cups.
