Dark Chocolate & prune truffles

Ingredients

250 grams butter
500 grams chocolate
250 milliliters cream
1 tablespoon Armagnac
100 grams chopped prunes

Preparation

Melt chocolate, add butter slowly.

Heat cream and alcohol and incorporate slowly.

Cover and semi set in fridge.

fold in prunes and let set fully

mold and roll in cocoa powder
.
