Quick and Easy Baked Chiles Rellenos
1 can green chiles
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons flour
1 pound grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
Butter casserole dish. Line bottom with half of chiles, cover with half of cheese.
Combine in separate bowl: milk, flour, and eggs; pour over top of chile-cheese layer and place the rest of chiles on top, cover with the rest of cheese and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, approximately 30-40 minutes.
