No Flour Coconut Cake

Ingredients

1 can Condensed milk

1 pkt Dried grated coconut

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 Taspoon baking powder

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and run the machine until all is well combined. Butter and flour a cake mold . Pour in batter and bake in a pre heated 350 oven until a toohpick inserted in the center come out clean. About 40 minutes.

You can top it with whipped cream and gratd coconut.
