Snowball Cake

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix

1 can cream of coconut

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 can pineapple

2 (1 lb.) Cool Whip

Candied cherries

Preparation

Combine coconut, condensed milk and juice from crushed pineapple in a bowl. Bake the white cake in a long pan. After cake bake punch holes all over the top of cake. Pour coconut, condensed milk and pineapple juice down the holes. Sprinkle crushed pineapple over the cake. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with shredded coconut. Pretty it up with 1/2 candied cherries.
