3-5 lbs
1 pkg. Lipton
onion soup mix
1/2
onion
, sliced
chopped

carrots
, chopped
Butter
Preparation
1
Coat
tri-tip with light
coat
of butter. Cover tri-tip with Lipton onion soup
mix.
Wrap
tri-tip,
carrots
and onion in tin foil. Put in on the
grill
and allow 1 hour per pound for medium done.
