Gluten And Dairy Free Taco Soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 whole Onion
1 clove Garlic
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Water

Preparation

Chop up the onion and green bell pepper.

Heat about 2 Tbsp olive oil over medium high heat. Brown the beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain off fat.

Stir in the garlic, salt, cumin, paprika, oregano, sugar, and water. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Bring to a boil.

Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil

Reduce heat, cover and simmer at least 30 minutes. Viola! Dinner in a snap.
