Lemon Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 stk margarine

cup pecans, chopped fine

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped topping

2 pkts instant lemon pudding

3 cups milk

Preparation

Mix the flour, pecans and margarine, press into a greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping and pour over cooled flour mixture, chill. Mix the pudding and milk. Whip till thick and pour on top of cream cheese. Top with whipped cream if you wish.
