tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

egg lightly beaten

Step 1

MethodI Melt butter add onions and cook until soft 2 Add mackerel tomatoes breadcrumbs seasoning lemon juice and herbs 3 Mix together well4 Add milk and egg to rest of ingredients 5 Place into well greased loaf tin6 Serve either hot or cold as a main course or starter

Step 2

Servings: 2 x 448g loavessmall oven: 180 degrees C approx 1 1 1/2 hours PRE HEATED bottom shelffan oven: 170 degrees C approx 1 I l/2 hours COLD START
