Ingredients

200 gms mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
liter half a glass of liqueur to taste (I put the rum)
various decorations.

Preparation

In a bowl combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Prepare a sheet of aluminum. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator ( that will be a bit hardened).

With the help of a spoon to make balls that will roll in the various decorations, I used silver beads of sugar, powdered sugar green and redcolored sugar (nonpareils), cocoa powder, granulated white sugar.
